Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to question an invoice, was yelled at, and they were completely unwilling to fix what I believe to be an overcharge. I called for a tow. As it turns out, I only needed a jump start, which costs less than a tow, and was provided. The receipt clearly says that I was charged for a tow, I called to ask to have the charge reflect what was actually delivered and was yelled at and told to stop calling (I had previously left one message that was unreturned.) Will NEVER use them again and I do NOT recommend them. If I could give them zero stars, I would. We are currently pursuing small claims court.

Was out for a drive, stopped in here for some coffee. The wonderful woman working had lots of information about activities in town, and also made one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while! Thank you!

I am sorry to here of your unpleasant experience that you have had. We save 100’s of stranded motorists such as yourselves each year. Im sorry that you feel mis treated. From our perspective we expect the motoring public to provide us with some solid evidence that they are willing and able to pay for the work that we perform. The North Cascades mountain pass is a special circumstance. Mainly in that it is a long way away for us to respond to someone who may or may not be there when we arrive. If they are not there that is a 3-4 hour wasted trip for us. With gas and employee cost we can not be so careless. That is why we will (always respond to legitimate break down and tow requests). Again I’m sorry for your bad experience. I can only offer that next time, if you or someone you know breaks down. Simply get a ride down the mountain to the tow company that you choose. If you do not want to leave the vehicle please send you car and credit card info along with another motorist. In the many years that we have been providing the best service that we can, we have never intentionally ignored or stranded someone, what would be the point?

Its not a mechanic place no more its just a gas station with bad gas and horrible service from the lady that owns the store .
